Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, UAE, and other countries — approximately 14–30 business days

Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, South Africa — approximately 14–21 business days
