Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of standard items within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

unused and in original condition

with all original tags and packaging intact

free from signs of wear, damage.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable

Made-to-order and Atelier pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
